Order Processing & Production
All B.E.T.E products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. During peak periods (holidays, launches), production may take up to 10 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery windows are:
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days (where available)
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 8–21 business days depending on destination.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — sign up for our newsletter to stay informed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
Important Notes
- Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after production has begun (typically within 24 hours of purchase).
- B.E.T.E is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
- For lost or damaged orders, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
